Attorney's Report Attorney Tom DiCianni's reported that a presentation was given a few weeks ago regarding the Safety Act.A number of presentations have also been given to several police departments. The act is evolving, however, and some items are not clear. His firm is able to review policies that are created by police departments to make sure they comply with the act.The whistleblower policy is still an outstanding issue and it covers not only police departments, but also the entire municipality.Questions are still being asked about the auditor requirements as well.
