As previously reported to the City Council, State Representation Jack D. Franks will
present ceremonial checks totaling more than $500,000 obtained for the City to help
fund various projects for the City of McHenry Administration, Police Department,
D.A.R.E. and the McHenry Township Fire Protection District.
A copy of the Resolutions thanking State Senator Klemm and State Representative
Franks is attached for your review.

RE: Ordinance Creating a Stop Sign at the Intersection of Dartmoor Drive
and Waters Edge Drive.
At the October 6, 1999 City Council meeting, Council directed Staff to prepare an
ordinance for a multi-way stop at the intersection of Dartmoor and Waters Edge
Drive.
Attached you will find an appropriate ordinance that when approved, will create a
multi-way stop at the subject intersection, a map depicting the site of multi-way stop,
and a copy of the City Council minutes of October 6, 1999
