CONSENT AGENDA
The Consent Agenda for the July 7, 1999 Regular Council Meeting consists of

RE: McHenry Police Department, “Do The Right Thing”
Sgt. William J. Brogan will present to the City Council the June recipient of the ‘DO THE
RIGHT THING” award. Attached is the application submitted by Mrs. Jane Weiss,
grandmother of Kevin Mose-Weiss.
Kevin is credited with saving the lives of three men whose boat capsized below the
dam. The attached application depicts exactly how difficult this task was. Kevin is truly
a hero!

RE: Transfer of Liquor License
RECOMMENDATION: To approve the transfer of the Class B-5 Liquor License from
Clark Refining & Marketing Co. d/b/a Clark Oil Station #2057 to OTG, Inc. d/b/a Clark
Oil Station #2057
A liquor license transfer request was received from OTG, Inc., who is purchasing
Clark Oil Station #2057 located at 3111 West Route 120, from Clark Refining &
Marketing Co. A copy of the completed liquor license application and all required
information is attached for your review.
The required $250.00 transfer fee has been paid. There will be no changes in
management of this store; therefore, the qualified manger on file with the current
liquor license will remain the same.
As Liquor Commissioner, Mayor Cuda recommends the Council approve this transfer
of the Class B-5 liquor license from Clark Refining & Marketing Co. to OTG, Inc.
