William Brogan will present to the City Council the latest recipients of the “DO THE RIGHT THING” award. As you are aware, April 21, 1999 Stefffan’s Jewelers experienced a break in at their store on Front Street. Two students from the Fox Valley Christian School found the stolen jewelry and returned it to its rightful owner.
