RE: Class A Liquor License – 1202 N. Riverside Drive
RECOMMENDATION: To approve the request for a Class A Liquor License from
Sculluricos, Inc. d/b/a Joey T’s Café Italiano, 1202 N. Riverside Drive; and to pass an
Ordinance increasing the number of Class A Liquor License form 25 to 26.
A Class A liquor license application was received from Sculluricos, Inc. d/b/a Joey T’s
Café Italiano, 1202 N. Riverside Drive. This is the former location of the Dobyn’s
House Restaurant.
The owners Mr. Scully & Tallurico have met with the Mayor and have been
fingerprinted. All the necessary paperwork has been submitted and the $1,400
annual license fee has been paid. A copy of the application is attached for your
information.
As Liquor Control Commissioner for the City of McHenry, Mayor Cuda is
recommending the City Council to approve the application for a Class A Liquor
License from Sculluricos, Inc. d/b/a Joey T’s Café Italiano, subject to the receipt of
satisfactory fingerprint results; and, approve the attached Ordinance increasing the
number of Class A liquor license form 25 to 26.
