The Consent Agenda for the Monday, October 29, 2001 City Council meeting

RE: Request for Class A Liquor License – 2314 West Route 120
RECOMMENDATION: To approve the request for a Class A Liquor License from
Show Me The Money, Inc, for a bar and grill with live entertainment at 2314 West
Route 120; and to pass an Ordinance increasing the number of Class A Liquor
License form 25 to 26.
A Class A liquor license application was received from Kevin Mundt, Bill Hauck, and
James Clendening of Show Me The Money, Inc., to operate a bar and grill with live
entertainment at 2314 West Route 120. This is the former location of the Viper Club.
Mr. Mundt currently owns and operates the Spot Amusements, Inc. in McHenry.
James Clendening will manage the establishment.
Mayor Althoff has met with Mr. Mundt, all the required information has been
submitted, the $1,400 annual license fee has been paid, and all members of the
corporation have been fingerprinted. A copy of the application is attached for your
information.
As Liquor Control Commissioner for the City of McHenry, Mayor Althoff is
recommending that the City Council approve the application for a Class A Liquor
License from Show Me The Money, Inc. subject to the receipt of satisfactory
fingerprint results and approve the attached Ordinance increasing the number of
Class A liquor license form 25 to 26.

RE: Ordinance Prohibiting Parking on Oakwood Drive from 8:00 AM to 4:00
PM on School Days
At the October 22 Public Works Committee meeting, it was the recommendation of
the Committee to restrict parking on Oakwood Drive from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on
school days. The attached ordinance will prohibit parking during this time on both
sides of Oakwood Drive between Royal Drive and the western most intersection of
Wiltshire and Oakwood Drive.
The Committee meeting agenda and site map are attached for your review.
