RE: Reduction in Class A Liquor Licenses
Recommendation: To approve the attached Ordinance reducing the number of
Class A Liquor Licenses from Twenty-six to Twenty-five.
Cousin Ed’s Restaurant at 2214 West Route 120 closed for business in August 2001. The
owner has voluntarily forfeited the Class A-21 liquor license.
Therefore, the Mayor is recommending the approval of the attached ordinance reducing the
number of liquor licenses from twenty-six to twenty five.
