Lobaito, City Administrator FOR: February 7, 2001 Regular City Council Meeting RE: PACE Bus Passenger Shelter Recommendation: Authorize the Mayor’s Execution of the Passenger Shelter Agreement Attachments: - Passenger Shelter Agreement - Property-In-Question Map At the City Council’s direction, I have been working with PACE on the installation of a passenger shelter to be approximately located at the intersection of Ridgeview Drive and Prime Parkway. The design and construction of the shelter is the responsibility of PACE. The City of McHenry along with PACE will determine the exact location of the structure. The city has the right to reject locations submitted by PACE for approval. Maintenance of the shelter except for snow removal, is the responsibility of PACE. Not attached as exhibits to the agreement are drawings, specifications, and graphics that will be placed on the shelter (no commercial advertising graphics will be permitted on the shelter). Once these documents are received they will be included as part of the agreement. If approved, PACE will erect the shelter in spring 2001. mmg
