8. Recommendation to approve the Final Plat of Subdivision for North Gate Development.
9. Recommendation to waive bid requirements and accept quote from JT Petco & Co. in an amount
not to exceed $3,655 for the installation of gutters and downspouts and Main Street Station, 4005
Main Street.
10. Request from the Illinois Department of Transportation to purchase required right-of-way for the
Illinois Route 120 Improvement Project at the appraised value of $11,000.
11. Resolution to Approve the Local Match for Green Street Improvements through the McHenry
County Council of Mayors Surface Transportation Program (STP)
12. Resolutions to Approve the Local Match through the McHenry County Council of Mayors Surface
Transportation Program (STP) for 1) Intersection of Illinois Route 120 and Illinois Route 31
Improvements; 2) Lillian Street Improvements; and 3) McCullom Lake Road Improvements.
13. Ordinance amending Chapter 13 of the Traffic & Motor Vehicle Code for the Installation of Stop
Signs in Park Ridge Estates Phase III and Phase IV.
