1) Enter into a 2-year contract with Stan’s Office Technology for Internet and E-mail Services at an
annual cost not to exceed $6,588
2) Purchase required hardware from Stan’s Office Technology for an amount not to exceed $7,775
and software in an amount not to exceed $2,690;
3) Enter into monthly contract with SBC Ameritech for DSL service for remote Municipal sites at an
annual cost of $2,759 and a one-time installation fee of $900;

Ordinance amending Chapter 13 of the Traffic & Motor Vehicle Code for the installation of Stop Signs at Joyce

Request to hire Custom Landscaping Design & Construction, Inc. for Berm Construction at Olde Mill Ponds

11. Recommendation to approve Engineering Service Agreement with Smith Engineering Consultants, Inc.
