Final Payment to Advance Mechanical Contractors, Inc. for South Wastewater
Treatment Plant Screening Modifications Project not to exceed $8,654.50.
Police Pension Fund Actuarial Services Contract with Gabriel, Roeder, Smith &
Company not to exceed $6,500;
Request from Metalmaster, Inc. in the Inland Business Park to allow the installation of
a metal building façade.
Recommendation to hire John Fishbein as Finance Director, Grade 24, annual salary
of $83,000;
7. Recommendation to approve the annexation, rezoning and use variance at 2905 W.
Route 120
8. Recommendation to approve an Engineering Services Agreement with Baxter &
Woodman, Inc. for the Water Supply Well No. 12 Water Source Study not to exceed
$21,000
9. Recommendation to approve an Engineering Services Agreement with Baxter &
Woodman, Inc. for the Water Treatment Plant No. 4 Engine Generator Services
Installation not to exceed $9,100
10. Ordinances amending various sections of the Municipal Code
11. Recommendation to authorize the Mayor to execute the following Ordinances for the
Meyer Material Expansion on the North Side of Route 120, East of Wonder Lake Road:
Execute the annexation agreement, to annex the property;
Ordinance zoning subject property to RS-1, Low-Density Single-Family together
with an A-M Agricultural and Mining Overlay District; and
Ordinance granting a conditional use permit for sand and gravel operation on the
subject property.
