Subject: Agenda Supplement for July 1, 2002 Public Hearing –
C&A Leasing Corporation
Pursuant to the City Council’s direction to receive all requests for annexation 2-weeks prior
to the public hearing date; attached is the agenda supplement for a Public Hearing on July
15, 2002.
This is a request from C&A Leasing for an Annexation Agreement , Vacation of a portion of
Hill Street, Rezoning from Estate District to I-1 and a Conditional Use Permit.
Due to the fact that the petitioner published the pubic hearing for July 1, 2002, the hearing
will be open at the July 1, 2002 City Council meeting and continued to July 15, 2002.
