Nathan L. Ryan d/b/a Café Aeon, 3918 W. Main Street conditioned upon a
satisfactory fingerprint report and BASSET training; and, approval of the
attached ordinance increasing the number of Class G1 liquor licenses from one to

The Mayor received a request for a Class G1 liquor license from Nathan Ryan,
owner of Café Aeon located at 3918 W. Main Street. Mr. Ryan wants to expand
his café to a restaurant with a formal dining area offering alcoholic beverages.
On July 30, 2007, the City Council approved a conditional use permit to serve
th
alcoholic beverages at this location. A copy of the July 30 meeting minutes and
liquor license application are attached.
Mr. Ryan was fingerprinted, submitted the required information, and paid all
associated fees. He also met with Mayor Low and the City Administrator and is
conversant with the regulations associated with a Class G1 liquor license.
