Maxeiner, City Administrator FOR: September 17, 2007 Regular City Council Meeting RE: Request for special event liquor license, and waiver of all associated fees from The Church of Holy Apostles for annual Fall Fest event on September 21, and 22, 2007 The Church of Holy Apostles is requesting a special event liquor license for the sale of beer and wine and to waive all associated fees for the annual Fall Fest. The fest st will feature music and food from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Friday, September 21 and nd from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Saturday, September 22. Attached is a letter from Father Sherry and special event license application. Recommendation: It is the Mayor’s recommendation to approve the request for a special event liquor license, and to waive all associated fees for The Church of Holly Apostles Annual Fall Fest.
