Maxeiner, City Administrator FOR: March 12, 2007 Regular City Council Meeting Recommendation: Authorize the Mayor to execute the attached ordinance reducing the number of Class F1 Liquor Licenses from four to three. Khayat Enterprise, Inc. d/b/a Fatman Liquors located at 2350 West Route 120 is not open for business. As a result, the Class F1 liquor license issued to the corporation is invalid. The attached ordinance amends the Municipal Code to reflect the current number of operating Class F1 licenses.
