engineering services agreement with Smith Engineering Consultants, Inc. for Crystal Lake
Road/Dartmoor Drive intersection geometric plan and traffic signal warrant study not to exceed
$6,316.20
10. Authorization to submit Local Agency Agreement for Federal Participation and approval of
Preliminary Engineering Services Agreement for Federal Participation relating to the Route
31/Route 120 Intersection Improvements project, not to exceed $350,000.00
