Recommendation: To approve the request. Attached is a letter from Lauren Deuchert, Co-Director of the Landmark Community Organization informing the city of the Annual Landmark School Harvest Festival on Friday, October 22, 2004. As part of the scheduled activities, the school is requesting permission to host a hayride from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM on the following streets: Waukegan Road, Third Street, John Street, and Center Street (map attached). The school is not requesting that the street be closed, just permission to use the streets for the hayride. This is the second annual hayride - staff received no complaints last year.
