Services for the Sioux Lane Elevated Water Storage Tank Repainting not to exceed $14,348.50;
G. Engineering Service Agreement with Baxter & Woodman, Inc. for the design of Water Treatment

b) Authorize execution of the Redevelopment Agreement between the City of McHenry and
Lanco Development Company to permit the Riverwalk Place Townhome Development
