The meeting was called to order at 7:01 pm by Pat Wirtz at the Municipal Building
Members present:
Lauren Adams, James Johnson, Michele Peterson, Marie Wilt, Pat Wirtz, Holly Wood.
Members absent:
Chris Bassi, Marya Dixon, Kaaren Gies, Gerhard Rosenberg, Pat Schafer.
Staff: Doug Martin
Guest: None
Minutes: Marie Wilt made a motion was made to approve July and August minutes as corrected. Seconded
by James Johnson, motion carried.
Treasurer's Report: Pat Schafer was absent. Doug Martin and Pat Wirtz agreed all expenses were up to
date. Doug Martin reminded Pat Wirtz to bill the Health Department for tables used at the Petersen Farm
Event.
Facade Grants Report: None to report
Expenses: None to report
Demolition: No requests.
Old Business:
Historic Neighborhoods
> Doug Martin had no update on status of banners.
Petersen Farm Foundation
• Paperwork to be completed by end of September, 2010.
New Business:

Marie Wilt provided information on two events, Old World Wisconsin and Lake County Forest Preserve.

Motion to adjourn by Marie Wilt and seconded by James Johnson, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:54
