1. Call to Order
2. Public Comment: Persons wishing to address the Committee will be asked to
identify themselves for the record and will be asked but are not required to
provide their address. Public comment may be restricted to three-minutes for
each individual speaker. Order and decorum shall be maintained at public
meetings.
3. Review, Discussion, and Consideration of Revised Revolving Loan Program
Criteria and Application; Review of an Ordinance amending the Municipal Code
to establish the Finance and Personnel Committee as the Revolving Loan Fund
Committee; and direction to place this item on the next available City Council
meeting agenda.
4. Property Tax Levy Discussion and Recommendation.
5. Staff Reports.
6. Any Other Business.
7. Motion to adjourn the meeting.
