6. Temporary closure of Corporate Drive to Prime Parkway from 8:00 AM to 8:15 AM with traffic
management provided by McHenry Police for the annual Human Race 5K,sponsored by Not-For-Profit
Resources,on April 21,2013
7. Award of bid to install,maintain,and remove Christmas lights on trees in Veterans Memorial Park to
Temple Display for$15,000.
8. Proposal from Studio 222 Architects for architectural design and project management for replacement of
roof and shop furnaces for the Public Works building located at 1415 Industrial Drive for the lump sum of
$67,500 plus reimbursable expenses such as deliveries,duplicating,computer plotting,and authorization
to publicly bid the project.
