30th;temporary signs advertising the event;and waiver of$175 sign variance fee;
B. Request for Special Event Liquor License to sell beer and wine for The Church of Holy Apostles Knights
of Columbus fundraiser on Saturday,March 2,2013;
C. Approval of January 21,2013 City Council meeting minutes;
D. As Needed Checks;and
E. List of Bills.
5. Request for transfer of Class G1-3 liquor license to sell alcoholic beverages at tables only in
conjunction with a restaurant from Gustavo Taco and Burrito Express, Inc. d/b/a Blue Agave to La
Hacienda,Inc. d/b/a La Hacienda located at 929 North Front Street
6. Request for a Class H liquor license to sell beer and wine at tables only in conjunction with a
restaurant from Sushi King, Inc. d/b/a Sushi King located at 2078 N. Richmond Road and ordinance
increasing the number of Class H liquor licenses from two to three
7. Request from McHenry Rotary to 1) extend hours of approved alcohol sales for the Blues, Brews, &
BBQ event from 10:30 PM to 10:45 PM on Friday, August 2"d and Saturday,August 3`d, and Sunday,
August 4th from 7:00 PM to 7:15 PM; and, 2) temporary street closure of Petersen park Road and
Lakewood Road from 7:00 PM to 7:15 PM on Saturday, August 3`d in conjunction with a 5K Sunset

8. Request from Thorntons, Inc. for A) zoning map amendment from RS-4, high-density, single family
residential to C-4 downtown commercial for the western portion of the of the property located
at the northeast corner of Pearl Street and North Richmond Road; B) conditional use permit to
allow an automobile fueling station; and C) variances from the landscaping ordinance for the
property located at the northeast corner of Pearl Street and North Richmond Road
9. Request for ordinance authorizing vacation of the public right-of-way located north of Pearl Street,
south of Broad Street, and east of North Richmond Road(Illinois Route 31)from Thorntons, Inc.
