9. Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation to consider an ordinance authorizing a use variance to allow

submitted by S.H.Freund&Son,for the property located at 3409 Pearl Street
10. Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation to consider an Ordinance authorizing a use variance to allow
a crematorium as submitted by Colonial Funeral Home located at 591 Ridgeview Drive
