6. Request for variances to the sign ordinance for area and installation of a roof mounted sign for Etch Salon

7. Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation to approve a conditional use permit to allow outside sales,
outside display of merchandise,and outdoor storage for the Home Depot,2461 North Richmond Road
8. Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation to approve a zoning map amendment from I-1 to C-5 and a
conditional use permit to allow an open sales lot, motor vehicle and trailer repair, and outdoor storage for
McHenry Motorwerks located at 3003 West Route 120
9. Agreement with Rockford Diocese, St.Mary's Catholic Church, and City of McHenry for certain improvements
related to the Route 31 Improvement project
