8. Finance and Personnel Committee recommendation to consider the Revolving Loan Fund request for
$34,000 submitted by Utopian Roast,LLC d/b/a Hidden Pearl Café located at 1208 N.Green Street
9. Request from John P. Bolger d/b/a Lunchbox Tattoo for a temporary use permit to operate a tattoo parlor
at 3932 W. Main Street from October 8th through December 31,2013 conditioned upon: 1) completion of
the Body Art Establishment Inspection form; 2), authorization from McHenry County Department of
Health prior to tattooing or piercing services conducted on subject property; and, 3) submittal of an
application to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a use variance to allow tattoo use permanently on
subject property.
