A. Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to update the official Zoning Map and direct the City Clerk to publish a
Notice of the Zoning Map update;
B. Approval of an Ordinance amending Chapter 4, Alcoholic Beverages, Section 4-16(a)to 1)terminate outside
sales of alcoholic beverages at 4:15 PM and consumption at 4:30 PM during Fiesta Days "Sidewalk Sales;"
and 2)require any liquor license holder conducting outside sales of alcohol during"Sidewalk Sales"to attend
a mandatory meeting called by the City of McHenry Chief of Police held annually on a day and time prior to
the event;
C. Approval of a temporary use permit for use of Nicolino's Trackside from Dana Rezmar for a vendor fair on once a
month beginning March 2014 through December 2014 from 6PM to 9:PM;
D. Approval of a temporary use permit for use of Marzano's restaurant from Deidre Giles to host a Sassy Girls
vendor fair on March 306 from 12PM to 4PM;
E. Approval of a request from McHenry Junior Warriors Porn & Cheer Organization to post temporary signs in
designated municipal right-of-ways advertising their registration event;
F. Approval of February 24,2014 Committee of the Whole meeting minutes;
G. Approval of As Needed Checks;and
H. Approval of List of Bills.
7. Consideration and approval of a Revocable License Agreement between the City of McHenry and David C. Gende&
Stacey A.Gende allowing use of city-owned property located at 1201 N. Riverside Drive
8. Consideration and approval of a Class A(1) liquor license authorizing the sale of beer and wine for consumption on
premises and retail sale of packaged beer and wine to I.M. Stein,Inc. d/b/a Stucs Pizza&Ribs,3401 West Elm Street,
and adoption of an ordinance increasing the number of Class A(1) liquor license in effect from one to two effective
May 1,2014
9. Consideration and approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement with McHenry High School District 156 for the re-
activation of the School Resource Officer program and authorize the department to hire a patrol officer to replace the
Officer selected to assume the SRO Specialized Assignment.
10. Consideration and approval of an addendum to the City of McHenry Economic Development Strategy Policy to include
an"Underutilized Property Tax Abatement and Incentive Program"

11. Consideration and adoption of an Ordinance authorizing revisions to various sections of Municipal Code Chapter 14, relating
to the sale,purchase,and possession of alternative nicotine products,electronic cigarettes,and liquid nicotine by minors
12. Committee recommendation to waive bid requirements and approve Design/Builder contracts with HR Green, Inc. for 1)
Central Wastewater Treatment Plant Electric Service Upgrade for lump sum amount of$68,350; and 2) South Wastewater
Treatment Plant Chlorine Contact Gate Replacement for lump sum amount of$96,625
13. Committee recommendation to adopt an Ordinance amending Municipal Code Chapter 4, Sec. 26-7 Temporary Prohibition
against the Use of Water for Sprinkling Lawns to authorize from time to time,temporary prohibit of the use of water from the
municipal water supply system for the purpose of sprinkling lawns
