A. Approval to renew lease agreement with D's Marine Service,Inc.for city property located at 3302 W. Waukegan
Road for a one-year term expiring on 2/28/15 with an option for one additional year;
B. Approval of special event liquor license for The Church of Holy Apostles to host the Catholic Assistance
Missions fundraiser on May 3,2014;
C. Approval of a request from the Siman Family Charities to host the annual Turkey Trot 5K for Hospice on
November 27,2014 and temporary closure of a portion of Waukegan Road near East Campus High School,and
Green Street between Waukegan Road&John Street for approximately 20 minutes;
D. Approval to place temporary signs in various right-of-ways from April 20`h through April 26th, advertising The
American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Out of the Darkness Campus Walk on April 26,2014;
E. Approval of a temporary use permit for Bucky's Mobile Express, 1901 N. Richmond Road for outside display of
landscape materials;
F. Approval of a temporary use permit and permission to post temporary signs in various right-of-ways advertising
the McHenry Garden Club Container Gala at West Campus High School on April 29,2014;
G. Approval of Parks Special Use/Picnic Permits;
H. Approval of February 3,2014 City Council meeting minutes;
I. Approval of As Needed Checks;and
J. Approval of List of Bills.
7. Approval of an ordinance authorizing a conditional use requested by McHenry Country College District 528 to
allow the installation of solar panel arrays at the Shah Center,4100 Shamrock Lane
8. Approval of a temporary use permit from April 8, 2014 thru July 7, 2014 to allow a tattoo parlor at 3012 West
Route 120
9. Approval of an ordinance authorizing a conditional use requested by RMH Franchise LLC d/b/a Applebee's
Neighborhood Grill&Bar to permit live entertainment at 1700 North Richmond Road
10. Approval of variances for McHenry High School District 156 for construction and improvements to McCracken
Field including bleaches and a press box on the north side of the property located at 3712 Kane Avenue
