THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS ON DEPOSIT IN THE MCHENRY STATE BANG.
Whereas taxes are levied and collected for the purpose of paying interest
on bonds and retiring of bonds when due, and
Whereas the County Collector makes no separation of cash paid to the city,
and
Whereas bond and interest funds are now on deposit in the general fund of
the City of McHenry and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Treasurer of the City of McHenry is
hereby authorised to tranfer 5o% of tax money (including back taxes) received
from the County Collector during the current fiscal year from the general fund
to the Bond and Interest Retirement Fund, and
Be it Further Resolved that the Treasurer of the City of McHenry is hereby
authorised to transfer such other amounts from the General Fund to the Bond and
Interest Retirement Fund as logy be found necessary to pay interest on bonds and
retire bonds becoming due as City of McHenry obligations during the current
fiscal year.

I, Earl R. Walsh, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I am the City Clerk of the City
of McHenry, Illinois and that as such City Cler, I am the keeper and custodian
of the files and records of said City of McHenry and the seal thereof.
I DO FURTHER CERTIFY that the above and foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution passed by the Council of the City of McHenry,
on November 19, 1962, the original of which is entrusted to my care for safe
keeping.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the corporate
seal of the City of McHenry at the said City in the County and State aforesaid
this November 19, 1962.
