RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
that it sustains the prior position agreed to between the City of
McHenry and the Village of McHenry Shores that the boundries of the two
communities be Idyll Dell -Bull Valley Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of McHenry will be amenable
to negotiation of the location of a sewer treatment plant should it fall
north of that boundry.
So moved by Alderman Jack Pepping, seconded by Alderman William
Bolger.
Voting Aye: Aldermen Bolger, Pepping, Harker, Datz , Wegener,
Smith, Schaedel .
Voting Nay: None
Absent: Alderman LaVerne Hromec.
The Mayor declared the Resolution passed.
