RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
that Barbara E. Gilpin be, and hereby is, authorized as appointed
agent of the City of McHenry, Illinois, to deal in all matters
pertinent to the participation of the municipality in the Illinois
Municipal Retirement Fund program of the municipality.
So moved by Wegener, seconded by Bolger
Voting Aye: Bolger, Pepping, Datz, Wegener
Smith, Hromc, Schaedel
Voting Nay: None.
Absent: Harker
The Mayor declared the Resolution passed, to become effective Nov. 1,1976.
