BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCHENRY ,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1 . There is hereby adopted and made a part of the
policy regulations of the City of McHenry, Illinois , that the
City Council does not, until further notice replace an employee
that leaves employment, until brought before the City Council
for their approval .
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval .
PASSED this 20th day of October , 1975.
