RESOLUTION
WHEREAS , DONALD HOWARD is concluding a 4-year term as
Alderman of the Third Ward in the City of McHenry , and
WHEREAS, he has chosen not to seek reelection to the
office, and
WHEREAS , he has shown civic interest in the progress of the
City for many years , and
WHEREAS, as Alderman, he has acted in all matters with the
welfare of the City uppermost in mind.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of McHenry go on record as recognizing these attributes.
I move the adoption of the above resolution , that it be
incorporated in the minutes of this meeting and a copy be presented
to Donald Howard.
