RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
that Terry Wilde be, and hereby is, authorized as appointed agent of
the City of McHenry, Illinois , to deal in all matters pertinent to the
participation of the municipality in the Illinois Municipal Retirement
Fund program of the municipality.
So moved by Howard, seconded by Wegener:
Voting Aye: Bolger, Datz, Harker, Howard,
Hromec, Pepping, Rogers , Wegener.
Voting Nay : None.
Absent: None.
The Mayor declared the Resolution passed, to become effective May 1 , 1975.
