RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCHENRY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby adopted and made a part
of the policy and purchasing regulations of the City of
McHenry, Illinois, the equal employment oppor-
tunity clause as required by the Illinois Fair Practices
Commission, and said clause, is hereby incorporated by
and into all contracts made by the City of McHenry,
Illinois:
"This purchase order (contract ) is subject
to the Equal Employment Opportunity Require-
ments of the Illinois Fair Employment Practices
Co lion and Resolution of the . a ge dated

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
