RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, LEO J. WINKEL, a long time resident of the City
of McHenry, has served as a member of the Local Board of Health
for many years, and
WHEREAS, his duties have been terminated to permit the
appointment of a member of the medical profession as his successor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of McHenry acknowledge with appreciation the years of
civic services.
I move the adoption of the above resolution, that it be
incorporated in the minutes of this meeting and a copy be presented
to Leo J. Winkel .
