-- RESOLUTION --
WHEREAS, Richard J. Zieman has served on the City of
McHenry Zoning Board of Appeals as a member and Chairman since
the year 1962, and
WHEREAS, he has devoted an extraordinary amount of
time in the interests of the City without compensation, and
WHEREAS, he has tendered his resignation due to
taking up residency in another State, and
WHEREAS, he has shown fairness and outstanding
efficiency in conducting hearings ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of McHenry go on record with sincere appreciation
for the services rendered.
I move the adoption of the above resolution, that it
be incorporated in the minutes of this meeting and a copy be
presented to Richard J. Zieman.
