RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Raymond L. Smith has served many
years as Alderman of the Third Ward of the City
of McHenry, and
WHEREAS, his accomplishments as Chairman
of the Public Property Committee in particular
are well recognized, and
WHEREAS, he has filled the office of Alder-
man with honesty of purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the
City Council of the City of McHenry go on record
as recognizing these accomplishments and express
its appreciation in behalf of the citizens of McHenry.
I move the adoption of the above resolution,
that it be incorporated in the minutes of this meeting
and a copy be presented to Raymond L. Smith.
