RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Donald P. Doherty has served twelve
years as Mayor of the City of McHenry, and
WHEREAS, he has devoted an extraordinary
amount of time and energy in fulfilling the duties
of his office with dignity and honor, and
WHEREAS, he can look back with pride on many
improvements in the city during the time of his
leadership,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of McHenry go on record as re-
cognizing his dedication.
I move the adoption of the above resolution,
that it be incorporated in the minutes of this meeting
and a copy be presented to Donald P. Doherty.
