RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of McHenry,
that Earl R. Walsh be, and hereby is, authorized as appointed agent of
the City of McHenry, Illinois, to deal in all matters pertinent to the
participation of the municipality in the Illinois Municipal Retirement
Fund program of the municipality.
So moved by Stanek, seconded by Harker:
Voting Aye: Bolger, Harker, Howard, Hromec,
Pitzen, Rogers, Smith, Stanek.
Voting Nay: None.
Absent: None.
The Mayor declared the Resolution passed, to become effective imme-
diately.
