RESOLUTION
WHEREAS , the City of McHenry , Illinois , . located in the
County of McHenry , State of Illinois , desires to construct ,
own, and maintain a piling wall on the west bank of Boone
Creek from the Bridge at Green Street to approximately 300
feet. north which by law comes under the jurisdiction and
control of the Division of Waterways , Department of Public
Works and Buildings of the State of Illinois , and
WHEREAS , a Permit from said Division of Waterways is
required before said work can be legally undertaken,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City
Council of said City of McHenry that the Mayor and Clerk of
said City of Mciienry shall be , and are hereby directed to
quest from the Division of Waterways , Department of Public
Works and Buildings of the State of Illinois a Permit authoriz-
ing the work herein described, and that said Mayer. and Clerk
are hereby instructed and authorized to sign said permit in
behalf of the City4A9L
