RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Patrolman Daniel E. Kinnerk, of the City
of McHenry Police Department, has distinguished himself
and the Department in the performance of his duties; and
WHEREAS, on December 18, 1970, Officer Kinnerk
combined with Officer James A. Keevil in apprehending

an armed robber and suspected murderer.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Daniel E.Kinnerk
be commended by the Mayor and City Council of the City of
•
McHenry in behalf of the citizens of the community for
his action.
Alderman Huck offered the above Resolu-
tion, moved its adoption, and that a copy of this Resolu-
tion be spread on the records of the City of McHenry and
a copy be presented to Daniel E. Kinnerk. (Seconded-Bolger)
On roll call the following voted Aye : Bolger, Hromec,
Huck, Jackson, Pitzen, Rogers, Smith, Stanek.
