RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of McHenry was faced with a serious
traffic problem on Illinois Route No. 12O West,
AND, WHEREAS, the City of McHenry agreed to contribute
to the cost of widening and resurfacing the roadway,
AND, WHEREAS, the project was instituted under Donald
P. Doherty's regime as Mayor of the City of McHenry
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that City Council of
the City of McHenry recognize the efforts of Donald P. Doherty
with an expression of appreciation.
Further, that this Resolution be spread upon the minutes
of this meeting and a copy be presented to Donald P. Doherty.

moved, with unanimous approval , that this Resolution be adopted.
