LI40". '0 RESOLUTION
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
Pro-Tem and City Council of the City of McHenry, McHenry
County, Illinois, that
WHEREAS, the Mayor Pro-Tem and City Council
have considered the proposed construction of
a health care facility approximately at the
intersection of Mason Hill Road and McHenry-
Crystal Lake Road in McHenry County, Illinois.
WHEREAS, the Mayor Pro-Tem and City Council
have considered the existing health care facil-
ities in McHenry County, Illinois.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor
Pro-Tem and City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois,
which constitute the corporate authorities of said munici-
pality, do hereby endorse and approve of the proposed con-
struction of a health care facility approximately at the
intersection of Mason Hill Road and McHenry-Crystal Lake
Road in McHenry County, Illinois, and further resolve that
said health care facility is a necessary addition to exist-
ing facilities throughout the county for providing adequate
health care for the citizens of McHenry.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor Pro-Tem
of said City is hereby authorized and directed to present
this resolution to the Zoning Board of Appeals of McHenry
County during hearings on said matter.

by unanimous vote of the Mayor Pro-Tem and City Council of
the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois, at a meeting
held on the 6th day of April , 1970, at which meeting
a quorum of the members of said City Council were present and
participated in the business thereof.
