HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions - None - 01/07/1963 - Prevailing Wage RESOLUTION At the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois, held the 7th day of January, 1963, by motion duly made, seconded and unanimously passed, it was RESOLVED, that the prevailing wage schedule heretofore adopted and established by the City Council of the City of McHenry on the 2nd day of July, 1962, is hereby reaffirmed by this Council as constituting a true and correct compilation of prevailing wages for the various trades and occupations as indicated on the said original resolution, and the said prevailing wage rate as filed for the six month period prior to this date is hereby affirmed and readopted in toto as if each and every itemization as thereon set forth had been restated. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Council shall file an amending certificate to this said schedule of prevailing wages in the area at such time as any change, or changes, occur in the prevailing wage rates. This resolution shall be published and shall be in full force and effect from the date of its adoption. Voting Aye: Bolger, Conway, Etten, Huck, Pitzen and Smith. Voting Naye: None. Absent: None. CERTIFICATION I, Earl R. Walsh, do hereby certify that I am the duly qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of McHenry, Illinois, and that the City Council of the City of McHenry, Illinois, has duly passed the attached Resolution at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 7th day of January, A.
