BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Attorney of the City of
McHenry, Illinois, file with the Clerk of the County Court of McHenry
i
County, Illinois, a protest against the petition of Joseph Wetzler filed
with the Enforcing Officer of the Zoning Board of Appeals for a
i
scheduled hearing on April 18, 1962.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be
i
notified the proposed Conditional Use permit is against the best
interests of the City of McHenry, not in the public welfare, would
be detrimental to the surrounding property values, and is not in
accord with the Official Plan of the City of McHenry as filed with the
Acting County Recorder of Deeds heretofore.
