R SOLU' TIOi�
RESOLVED that the Plat of Anderson's Addition to the
City of McHenry as submitted is accepted and approved, provided
that the peias of "An Ordinance concerning Plata. Surveys
and Dedications" in regard to roads as indicated on the Plat
shall be fulfilled by the subdividers, and that this acceptance
by the City is contingent upon the proper installation of roads
as is presently provided by the Ordinance and no acceptance of
the said roads by the City shall be in effect until such time.

CERTIFICATION
I. Earl R. Walsh, do hereby certify that I am the
duly qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of McHenry.
Illinois, and that the City Council of the City of McHenry,
Illinois, has duly passed the attached Resolution at a regular
meeting of the said City Council held on the 21st day of
November, A. D. 1955. at which meeting the Mayor and a
quorum of the Aldermen of the City of McHenry were present
and voting.
