RESOLUTION
WHEREAS funds, in the amount of Three Thousand Three Hundred
Thirty-seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($3337.50) will be available
from other sources for the retirement of a part of Green Street
Bridge Bonds due July 1, 1950 and January 1, 1951 and whereas no
tax levy will be required for said amount
Now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed
to notify the County Clerk of McHenry County to reduce the levy
for the year 1950 by the amount of Three Thousand Three Hundred
Thirty-seven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($3337.50).

I, Earl R. Walsh, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I am the
City Clerk of the City of McHenry, Illinois and that as such City
Clerk, I am the keeper and custodian of the files and records of said
City of McHenry and the seal thereof.
I DO FURTHER CERTIFY that the above and foregoing
is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution passed by the Council
of the City of McHenry on February 6, 1950, the original of which is
entrusted to my care for safe keeping.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set Ay hand and
affixed the corporate seal of the City of giotry at the said City in
the County and State aforesaid this day of February, 1950.
