RESOLUTION
WHEREAS , investigation shows the advisability of
constructing concrete shore wall along the Fox River at a
point specifically described as follows: On the riverward
end of Pearl Street from Northeast Boundry Line of Lot 1,
Block 18, Section 26 , Township 45, Range 8 E, McHenry County,
McHenry, Illinois, to existing bridge abutment , a distance
of 34.831 ,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of McHenry, McHenry County, Illinois that
Joseph M. Regner, chairman of the Streets and Alleys committee
of said city, be and hereby is authorized to sign application
for permit to the State of Illinois in behalf of the City of
McHenry.
