RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Fred Ferwerda has served many years as
Alderman of the Third Ward of the City of McHenry, and
WHEREAS, he will be unable to continue in such
capacity at the present time due to change of residence,
and
WHEREAS, he has fulfilled his duties as Alderman in
a capable and fair manner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of McHenry go on record as recognizing the
loss of an able member, and further that the Council
express its appreciation for services rendered to the city.
I move the adoption of the above resolution and that
it be incorporated in the minutes of this meeting and a
copy be mailed to Fred Ferwerda.
