OF IaHENRY, AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER
TO WITHDRAW FROM THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
DOODSTOCK CERTAIN FUNDS ON DEPOSIT IN SAID
BANK IN THE NAME OP THE CITY OF WHERRY BOND
AND INTEREST RETIRIENOT FUND.
Whereas the City of McHenry has on deposit in the First National
Bank of Woodstock a deposit in the amount of Seven Hundred Nineteen and
87/100 (4719.07) Dollars in the account of the testy of R Henry Bond and
Interest Retirement Fund, *Loh money should now become part of the general
fund of the City of Ene ry, and
Whereas the First National Bank of Woodstock received the said
deposit under certain regulations from the Public Works Administration, and
Whereas the Public Works Administration has by letter consented
to the withdrawal of said money,
NOW THEREFORE, BE I T RESOLVED that the Treasurer Of the City of
IEoHenry is hereby authorised to withdraw from the First National Bank of
Wbodatock the said account in the amount of Seven Hundred Nineteen and
87/100 (4719.87) Dollars, and the City of I oHenry does hereby agree to
indemnify and save harmless the First National Bank of Ebodstook from all
liability Which may devolve upon it for or on aoocunt of the payment of
the said fund to the City of McHenry in accordance with this Resolution.
